Do I need a Will or Power of Attorney?
Yes. In most circumstances, you need both. A POA is only effective as long as an individual lives. When an individual has died, a will is a document that governs the distribution of the individual's estate. Bryant Legal prepares both documents.

You may represent yourself in some cases. However, you may not represent others.
